Mr. Karthik Gurunathan Iyer is an MA student of Indira Gandhi National Open University got the seventh rank in all over India in the concern of civil service 2010 examination. He has this unique distinction of having passed the exam conducted by the UPSC and become the One of The IGNOU Toppers. He cleared the exam on his first attempt that is one of the proudest things for him at the age of 21. His optional subjects for the exam were international relations under the main examination and the political science for prelims examination. He said about his victory & Other Toppers reason like he took more time to complete the reading books but that was an only thing to improve my performance by obtaining the good marks in the exam.
He used the text materials for adding additional value to his answers because he thinks that helps to become toppers & get the good marks in exams. And he scored 346 marks in two papers of the subject.

Yes, this is possible. All you need to do is to just visit your IGNOU Regional Centre. Tell them your situation and they will issue your provisional certificate earlier. There is also an Application Form for that available on this http://www.IGNOU.guru website. Let me know if any further problem persists.

Congratulations on completing your B.Ed Course in 2016. Moreover, you should tell us, when did you complete your B.Ed in 2016? In June TEE or in December TEE? If in December Term End Examinations, you can still go for 31st Convocation and have your degree from there. But, if you completed in June 2016, make sure to talk to officials of your Regional Centres.
