There are three main options to check the Grade Card in IGNOU. First is for BCA/ MCA/ MP/ MPB. Second is for BDP/ BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ ASSO Programmes. And, the final and third link is for all other programs. Grade cards of all students are not updated simultaneously. The reason being, sometimes, Assignment marks are updated quite later on. Thus, in case you’re willing to check your Grade Card status early. There is a possible way. Just visit your regional centre manually with Assignment Slip and Latest ID Card. Then, the regional centre staff will show you your current Grade Card status.
What is Passing Marks in IGNOU – for Bachelors and Masters?
For all the bachelor’s degree students, Passing Marks is 18 out of 50 (In case of question paper is of 50 marks). If the question is 100 marks, then you will have to score 35 marks to pass. And, if the question paper is of a total of 25 marks, then you will have to score a minimum of 9 marks. You can anytime learn in-depth about Passing Marks in IGNOU on our other page. For Master’s Degree Students, you will need to score 20 marks out of 50 marks on question paper to get passed. And, if the question paper is of 100 Marks, then make sure you get 40 marks to get passed.

All those students, whose result was not declared in the sixth update. Can now scrutinize if their Result is announced in the 6th update or not. Applying for Improvement in Indira Gandhi National Open University is a completely different story. Once your degree is completed, only then your revaluation or Improvement results will be announced. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Regional Centre, Noida conducts B.Sc. Practicals at its study centres from time to time. The learners belonging to Regional Centres other than Noida willing to attend the B.Sc. Practicals at any of the study Centres under RC Noida are required to obtain No-Objection Certificate from their respective Regional Centre (in prescribed format) and submit the same at RC Noida along with an Application form for seeking Permission to attend B.Sc. Practicals (in prescribed format).
The learners belonging to the Study Centres under RC Noida who wish to attend the practicals at the study centre other than the one where they are enrolled also need to submit the Application Form for seeking permission to attend B.Sc Practicals (in prescribed format).
Further, the learners applying for NOC to attend the practical sessions must note that there is a limited number of seats available at the study centres for the conduct of practical sessions and therefore, NOC will be issued depending upon the number of vacant seats on rational (first-come, first-serve) basis. Please note that the applications received in hard copy format only will be entertained for granting permission to attend the practical sessions, henceforth.

There’s a great connection between the word “Failure” & “Not Completed” when it comes to IGNOU. Or Directly we can say that the Meaning of Not Completed in IGNOU Score Card is Fail.
But the most crucial part here is to make clear that not only in case of failure. But also, Not completed means – Marks Not Updated or You haven’t submitted assignments or didn’t participate in TEE (Term End Examinations).

If your theory marks are less than 35 it means you failed hence not completed. If your marks are not yet declared and it is showing Not Completed means you have to wait for some more days for the result.

IGNOU Term End Exam Results are not declared in one day for all candidates. Almost 5-6 updates will be there. Updates are expected to begin from 10th February 2019 onwards. And, then in mid-feb, then again on 18th or 19 Feb 2019, and then so on, results will be updated for various candidates.

The situation which you’re facing is very common and IGNOU has a solution for it. You can apply for Early Declaration Result. But, you will have to fill a form for that and show recruitment details as proof. Only then, Board will release Online Result of IGNOU (as Early Declaration) for you. Keeping general time in mind, Indira Gandhi National Open University is expected to announce the results in Mid-February 2019.

Par uske baad hi d.el.ed couse ke liye main abhi tak maedu ki koi bhi exam attend nahin karpaihun.only 1st yr ke assignment submit kithi.meri course ki validity dec 2019 hai. Kya main june 2019 tee exam main both 1st yr and 2nd year ki exam desakungi. Is it possible to attend both 1st year and 2nd year exam at a time.plz suggest me the right path.

I had even given an application for the change of my residential address. Till date I didn’t receive my certificate. My previous address was Dc-9/24/1,shastri bagan, baguiati, kolkata -700059.The do is misprinted as Dl.The address change form which I had submitted is Aastha apartment, krishnanagar road, Barasat, kolkata -700125.I am waiting for my certificate at this address. Most important thing that matters is When did you submit that address change form?
I submitted the form in the month of April.. And because of the error of ignou in marks allotment I had to wait for whole 1 year. I would have cleared the assignment in 2017 .just because of the error I had to wait for 1 more year. Inspite of clearing the exams and sending an address change application.. I till date didn’t receive my graduation certificate. Because of this neither I am being able to apply for good placements nor go for higher studies. I have even mailed about this matter. Still I got no reply. I am requesting you please look into the matter. It’s a question of my career
